Andrew Morris MBACP BA (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy
My clients often come to me and have had no experience of counselling before and don't really know what to expect. The fact is that many don't want to go to counselling but things have got to a point where they have to do something........I rarely see a new client who's having a great time with life!
If this sounds like you then I would urge you to make that first contact. The first contact may be the hardest, but it's a step and unless something changes, nothing will change. I would welcome a call or email from you to arrange a free, informal chat where you can hear of the benefits of counselling and ask whatever questions you may have.
