About me

I will offer you a genuine, caring, professional relationship, respecting who you are and helping you as we focus on the potential you have to find solutions and make changes in your own way and own time. As a qualified and experienced counsellor I can offer you the opportunity to receive the support you need to get through this difficult time. Being a Person Centered counsellor I will work with what you bring, sensitive to you as an individual, allowing you to find a way forward.

I am able to be flexible regarding when I can see clients as my private practice is carried out from my home, which is in a lovely, conducive setting, a short drive (approximately 20 minutes) from Chelmsford or Bishops' Stortford and quarter of an hour from Great Dunmow.

I see individuals and couples for short or long term work. As a Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists I work within their ethical guidelines. I have worked in various different settings with a wide range of experience and continue to work part-time for a national Charity. For more on my background please see "Training, qualifications and experience" below.

Please check out my website for more information.
