Profile

I am a qualified counselor based in Leeds and Barnsley City Centre. I offer counselling based on the belief that change is possible. I offer a space for you to share your difficulties without judgement or agenda, I work with you at your pace, understanding and empathising what life is like for you. Together we can explore issues that may be causing an imbalance in your life, giving you the power to do whats right for you.

My core theoretical approach is person centered, however i may integrate other approaches to suit your needs.

Counselling can be long term or short term, whichever feels right for you.

I work in accordance with BACP ethical framework and receive frequent supervision to ensure i am offering you the best service i can give.

I work flexible hours to suit you, each session will last 50 minutes please ring or email me to arrange an initial appointment.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a fully qualified counselor (Ad Dip Therapeutic counselling) and i am currently undertaking a bachelors degree in therapeutic counselling.

As well as my private practice, I volunteer as a counselor working mainly with domestic/sexual abuse and perpetrators of violence.
