About me

A warm welcome.

My approach

Embodying 25 years of clinical experience I work as a sought-after psychotherapist with female individuals.

My work On line is highly and quickly effective, where you will learn rapid life enhancing skills. You will instantly discover how to remove your limiting self-beliefs so that you can live your life from abundance. Learn how to fall in love with yourself, feel healthy, happy and free.

I combine highly developed intuition, astute psychological insight with an in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche. The emphasis of my work is predominantly psycho-spiritual in nature, weaving the wisdom of the ancients with modern approaches to personal development.

As an integrative therapist, (bringing together a range of counselling approaches to suit your individual needs), I work in a very intuitive and empathic way with the mind, body and soul, which can be described as 'holistic. My aim is to help you develop an invaluable understanding of your personality, and to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am committed to providing psychotherapeutic counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I believe that within each of us lies incredible potential to live life unbounded by old beliefs and patterns.

I place the therapeutic relationship as paramount in the 'working through' process and this means at times I may focus the work on us and explore what might be happening right in the moment. This powerful way of working brings insight into the work you bring, ultimately helping empower and enlighten you on your journey in life.

In each session, I aim to create a peaceful space, where you can talk freely about your concerns, to bring increased awareness, understanding and self-acceptance. I encourage you to think about your feelings and take responsibility for your thoughts and actions. I believe that by cultivating awareness of mind, and forgiving the past, we open up to freedom and love.

The work we do together will emphasise self-development, achieving one's potential, and nurturing psychological health. We will focus on how the quality of our relationships affects our mental and physical well-being.

Our work depending on your focus and needs will be either short or long term. Sessions are intense and last for 60 mins

As an accredited BACP therapist I am bound by the ethics and standards of that organisation.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

The integration of the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and relational aspects of ‘being’ are essential to heart of my work - In my life long pursuit of wholeness, I have undertaken intimate studies in psychotherapy, personal development, and I have embraced worldwide studies in clinical application of numerous bodywork disciplines and modalities – including anatomy and physiology, reflexology, acupressure, trigger point techniques, sports, yoga, stretching, advanced clinical and medical massage (JING ACMT).  – My treatment approach integrates bodywork, intuition, and psychotherapy. I utilize talk, movement, awareness, imagination, humour and compassionate touch as gateways, connecting and melting frozen tensions and emotions, freeing the body from pain and the mind from suffering. I believe that memories and emotions reside and are held in the body, resulting in energy blocks and imbalances.  With skillful touch combined with talk, we can help facilitate our bodies own healing, thus instilling a new blissful energy and freeing ourselves to live healthier lives.

I continue to open my heart to the wealth of knowledge, bringing together insight, warmth, experience and wisdom, creating dynamic bespoke treatments for each individual who wish to discover the inner music of their own life.

“Our minds and bodies are united, ‘stuck places’ in our lives reside both in our brains and in our physical selves…If you want to produce a real transformation, note that the body has a head and the head has a body.” ~ Alan Reder in New Age.
