About me

I work with individuals with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, change and loss.

As an integrative practitioner, I draw on psychodynamic, developmental and relational psychotherapy. I offer trauma informed psychotherapy and mindfulness and compassion focused therapy also inform my work.

I am based in Chichester and offer sessions in person and online

Training, qualifications & experience

My training is in Psychology, Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy and I currently work as a counsellor and psychotherapist for an EAP provider and in private practice. I work with adults of all ages with a range of concerns.
