My name is Amy and I hold the belief that every person has the potential to grow and to change their life in a positive way. By offering you a deeply empathic and non-judgmental way of listening, I can support you in working out how to overcome any difficulties that you may be experiencing. In working together we will build a therapeutic relationship through which you can feel safe and supported and able to explore what is going on for you. As well as face-to-face counselling I offer telephone counselling for those that may either prefer to speak over the phone or cannot access face-to-face counselling. I can help with a variety of issues including: anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, relationship issues, depression, loss, sadness.

I have worked with a variety of clients with a wide range of issues for three years and I am currently working in private practice at Equilibrium Complementary Health Centre in Lewes. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and am working towards accreditation.
