Profile

When things don't feel right, it can be difficult to get through it on your own.  Many people withdraw into silence when they really need to talk.  Friends and family try to help but are often too close to really be able to understand. Some people try old ways of coping that no longer work.

Starting counselling can be empowering and exciting, and at the same time challenging and anxiety provoking.

I aim to provide a safe space to consider your feelings, concerns, wishes, dreams, fears and frustrations.

My approach is characterized by intuition, compassion, optimism and collaboration. For me this isn’t a clinical exercise but a genuine human encounter.

I work from my home in Lenzie, and in the Glasgow city centre area, depending on which is more convenient, and can offer daytime, evening and some Saturday appointments where these are needed.  Please see my website or contact me for more information.
