I am an integrative counsellor with over 8 years experience working within the NHS service. I focus my knowledge of therapy around your personal issues and problems. I like to think I offer my clients a diffetent counselling experience and work in a directive way, my clients report that its good to have an interactive counsellor, this enables change to take place quicker.

I also specialise in EMDR which is therapy for traumatic incidents. This may include assault, sexual abuse and serious incidents that may result in anxiety or PTSD.
