Amanda Strang - Counsellor and accreditited Psychotherapist (BPC) and (MBACP)
I am an accredited, registered counsellor and psychotherapist, with clinical experience of working with individuals in private practice, charities, and The NHS.
One in four people, experience mental distress at some point in their lives. Whilst this can be in relation to specific life events , including bereavements, betrayals in relationships , separation and divorce ., ill health , children leaving home, or redundancies ; others feel unhappy with life ,experience feeling low , anxious or stuck.
You may be seeking help for the first time, struggling to manage difficult feelings such as low self -esteem , anxiety , anger, and frustration. Some people feel trapped in painful difficult repeating patterns in relationships at work, or in their personal lives, and sometimes in repeating patterns of behaviour which confusingly they know to be harmful to their welbeing.
