About me

Welcome. Counselling/Psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to explore your experience of life. My approach is person centred based, however, it is dictated by your individual needs, as you are unique. You can use your sessions to look at the way you respond in certain situations, or look at how negative ways may be affecting the quality of your life. At times in our lives we need someone to talk to who isn't a friend or a member of our family, or we don't have someone to talk to, this is where I can help in a professional way. I will listen to you in a safe, confidential environment without judging you.

I have been qualified in Counselling and Physcotherapy for 10 years, I have also been using my skills within the voluntary sector. By using the opportunity of counselling you can change the negative aspects and move forward to a more fulfilling life.

As a therapist, I offer you an open, supportive and enabling safe environment for your self-exploration.

The sessions are completely non-judgemental and confidential. I passionately believe that we can grow and change, no matter how difficult your situation may seem.

Prior to training and working as a counsellor I had over 12 years' experience Working for a Trade Union.

My specialism is Bereavement and Loss.

I work from home, in a peaceful setting.
