Profile

I am a qualified counsellor with several years experience of working with individuals in the voluntary sector and also in private practice. The approach I use is Psychodynamic, which means I am interested in how present difficulties relate to our past experience. I believe that understanding how we relate to ourselves and others enables us to make different choices and changes to our lives which allow us to live more freely. I work with a varied range of issues and I can offer appointments during the day or evening with limited weekend availability.

Fees

The current fee is £40 per 50 minute session.

The first consultation is free of charge to discuss the issues concerning the client and whether counselling is the appropriate way forward.
