25 Ribbleton Street
Hello my Name's Amanda Brooks and I understand only too well the journeys life can take us on; good days, bad days, days when you just don't know how you're going to get through it. It can be overwhelming, leaving you with emotions/feelings that can take it's toll on you both physically and mentally, leaving you anxious, nervous, restless and generally struggling to cope on a daily basis.
Sometimes it can help to share these feelings with someone who will just listen without giving advice or judging you, someone who is there just to share the load with, to be alongside you. If you can relate to any of these, have you ever tried or thought of counselling, where you can share these thoughts/feelings in a warm safe, impartial, confidential and friendly environment?
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor having worked within many organisations for both adult/youth sectors. I also work as a pastoral counsellor helping people with their spiritual beliefs.
I am also a qualified mediator helping to bring two disputing parties together in a non-judgemental, impartial and confidential process to try and assist them to agree on a resolution together.
