I have spaces available both daytime and evening this week. (W/C 19th September)
With nearly 10 years experience I now specialise in working with a small range of issues. This has helped me to develop my knowledge and the tools that I use to help work with my clients on specific topics

My practice attracts a large number of men alongside women. The number of men coming for counselling is growing rapidly and I am proud to support it's growth. Clients of all genders, sexualities, faiths or none, cultures, nationalities are welcome..
I have extensive specialised training and experience working with clients of sexuality and gender diversities from an affirmative perspective.(Counselling for LGBTQ+).
At your initial session you will have the chance to have a full 50 minute session at which you can talk about what has made you look for counselling/support. It will additionally give you the chance to decide if counselling is for you, whether I am the counsellor for you and ask any questions that you may have.
Counselling provides you the time, space and support from me to talk about whatever is feel is a problem for you and explore the choices available to you and I provide support to you in order to find a different way of life that works for you.
I may make suggestions, it does not mean that I will be tell you what to do or fix you, I am not an advice service. The choice you make is your responsibility. he first choice to make a change is to decide to contact me.
