Welcome! I am a skilled professional counsellor from a Registered General Nursing and Occupational Health Nursing background, who firmly believes in the benefits of the counselling process by helping clients recognize a more positive way forward. By working together, you will become empowered to make a positive change in your life through time. It will be emotional and challenging however with empathy, acceptance and a non-judgemental way of being, you will be supported through out your journey.

I have attended workshops in Hypnotherapy Skills, Critical Incident Debriefing, Couples Counselling, Trauma and Abuse at Work and Diversity Awareness Training. I have also attended C.B.T. workshops.
I am an experienced counsellor, both short and long term within the Voluntary and Private Sector since 2003. I am an experienced Bereavement Counsellor and worked with clients with pre and post-natal depression. I have worked for over 5 years with Employee Assistance Programmes, counselling clients with work related issues such as bullying and harassment, redundancy, work related stress and retirement.

I have been a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy since 2006 and continue to increase my knowledge and skills through Continual Professional Development. I gained my B.A.C.P. Certificate of Proficiency in 2013 and adhere to a strict Ethical Framework.
