Profile
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. My approach is Person Centred and Existential. I offer long and short term work. I also encourage an introductory/assessment session prior to starting counselling.
I work with individuals who have issues in their life which they want to resolve or gain an understanding about. I offer a private and confidential setting.
I am led by the client through their journey and aim to be non judgemental. I work with the client to enable them to find the answers that they are looking for.
I work with adults and young people, age 13 years and above and I have a limited experience of couples work.
I am very happy to discuss my work and approach so that clients and I can decide if a working relationship would be helpful. I have limited disabled access and am happy to discuss an individuals requirements.
