Poplar Grove Practice
Hello. As an integrative counsellor I have experience in helping people through a variety of situations. There may be things in your life you would like to change or work on accepting, and I understand this can be difficult and sometimes challenging to do. I am able to offer a safe confidential place for us to talk about your problems. I will listen to you and offer my support as you explore your thoughts and feelings, and will endeavour to help you to gain a clearer perspective on these.
Sometimes life can be difficult and can leave us with problems that can get in the way of getting the most out of life. In doing so counselling can help make sense of what is troubling you; to reduce confusion and encourage positive change to help you move forward.
At your first session we can discuss about what I can offer you as your therapist, and what you would like to get from therapy. To set up an initial consultation or to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have you can contact me by phone or email. All enquiries are treated with the strictest confidence and I always aim to respond to messages promptly. I can work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
