I am passionate about working with people therapeutically to improve awareness, discover themselves and work through issues that may be affecting their present life.
I would be happy to talk to you to see if we could work together. I am warm, accepting and passionate about empowering others. I work with individuals over 16 years.
My promise to you:-
- I will accept you and your experiences unconditionally and without judgement.
- I will be genuine, honest and transparent in hope that you can trust in me to share your experience.
- I will listen deeply to you, so you know I hear your experience.
With the above support, we can work through it together and reach a more manageable place for you.
If you would like to speak to me I welcome a telephone chat, email or a face to face visit to answer any questions you may have about counselling process and to see if I am someone you would like to work with.

I offer a free, 20 minute, no obligation initial assessment -This gives us both the opportunity to see if we could work together. For me it is important that you get the right therapy for you, and you must also feel comfortable working with me.
If after the initial session we decided to work together we would then contract for an agreed number of sessions (for example 6 sessions). We would review the process at the end of this block of sessions and if necessary contract again for another amount of sessions. This process would continue until we both agreed that therapy can come to an end.
Individuals - £35 per 50 minute session.
Couples - £55 per 70 minute session
When you book the first session, I will take payment for this session and the next, so that each session is paid upfront. The cancellation policy will be discussed in the 20 minute initial assessment.
I accept cash, card, paypal or cheque.
I am supervised, insured, CRB checked and adhere to the BACP ethical framework.
