Alison Cheffings Registered Member BACP
I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working with people who are experiencing difficulties and distress in their lives. However, you do not have to be in crisis or on the verge of it before choosing therapy, you may be experiencing underlying feelings of dissatisfaction with life in general, all of these reasons and more bring people to therapy.
I offer both short-term focused counselling for specific problems and longer term psychotherapy for more deeply rooted issues.
