Alison Calladine Registered MBACP Counsellor & Psychotherapist
173 Walton Road
Are you looking to make a positive change in your life? Are you wondering how to achieve this? Seeking a therapist who you are at ease with is the first positive step towards making this change.
A warm welcome to you.
What I can offer to you is a confidential safe space, where you are able to explore your important issues in your own way and at your own pace. Whatever the personal challenge you are facing, I will be here to listen to you.
I focus on understanding your life experiences from your own unique individual viewpoint. I will respect your choices and decisions and if it is important to you, then it is important to me too.
It is sometimes a specific problem which brings people to counselling. I have worked successfully with people who present with a range of concerns, here are a select few, to give you some idea of how I might help you:-
Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Health Issues,
Relationships, Family Issues, Affairs & Betrayals,
Sexual, Emotional & Physical Abuse,Trauma.
My aim, as a therapist, is to walk alongside you, as you develop your self-awareness and reconnect with your belief in yourself, discovering new positive ways of being 'you' and making choices in your life, which you are happy and comfortable with.
Our time together will be spent exploring whatever feels relevant and comfortable for you to share.
