Alison Baugh MA Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, MBACP
Hello, I will work with you to get you back on the path to fulfillment and clarity in your life. I do this by helping you to understand yourself along with working on building your confidence and self esteem. I specialise in Addiction therapy having 11 years NHS experience and in Relationship issues.
Individual counselling sessions take place once a week on the same day and at an agreed time, and last for the therapeutic hour which is 50 minutes. The length of therapy is different for everyone – it can take a few sessions or many months, depending on your situation and your needs. During that hour, you will decide what you want to talk about – it is your space and you are in charge of the process.
I am available to provide counselling sessions via Skype.
E-mail contact will never be a substitute for a counselling session, but can serve to provide you with brief support or be a way to make, change or cancel appointments. There is no charge for email support.
