About me

Welcome. I’m an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering support for a range of difficulties. You might feel at a loss as to where to begin and accessing support/therapy can sometimes feel scary and confusing. I provide a safe space where you can receive psychological therapy that fits your needs. I also specialise in working with individuals with ADHD and supporting parents who may be experiencing difficulties.

Connect Parenting Program (CP)

Connect Parenting is an 8 week program that helps parents in areas where they feel de-skilled and in need of support and guidance. The program covers topics such as looking after you, the parent ‘blueprint’, parenting styles, building a solid base, managing behaviour, improving communication and how to develop your child’s psychological and emotional resilience. Parents can attend individually or as a couple.

  • Psychological and behavioural therapy for children, young people and adults with ADHD
  • Coaching for parents with children/teenagers with ADHD
  • Supervision and consultation for professionals and organising supporting individuals with ADHD

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an experienced and registered Clinical Psychologist having worked for over 10 years within the NHS and Education settings. After completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The University of Edinburgh I specialised in Multi-Systemic Therapy, working with parents and young people to improve the quality of their relationships and help families flourish. Further training has been completed in Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). I believe in providing people with the most effective psychological tools to empower them to continue to make positive changes in their life well after therapy is complete.
