I am an HCPC registered counselling psychologist offering therapy to individuals, minors, adolescents and family members. My main approaches include Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and child centred / play / art therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a chartered psychologist with a doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I have worked in NHS, primary and secondary care as well as in third sector and private settings. I have CAMHS experience and in patient experience and worked in an independent Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) service as a therapist for teenagers with ASD and EBD. I had in house training with ChildLine and Place2Be providing counselling for children and teenagers. I can support and advise family members as well as carers or staff who support people with mental health problems.
