I offer long-term and short-term therapy, for both individuals (adults and young people) and couples.
I am incredibly passionate about my work and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel heard and address any issue you wish to bring to therapy. I have a flexible approach to working with clients and will tailor my therapy style to meet your needs.
As a registered and accredited member of the BACP I work within their professional standards and code of ethics.

As well as working with adult individuals and couples, my experience and training covers working with children and young people.
I also work therapeutically in educational settings with both staff and students.
