About me

If you struggle to cope whether this is a result of having suffered from: Bereavement, Personal or professional setbacks, Unexpressed anger or pain, High level of anxiety, Broken and difficult relationship, Lack of self-confidence, Depression or stress, Past trauma, Bullying, Abuse, Multicultural issues

If you have tried all your coping strategies and they don’t work or you feel that the same things keep happening, or you are not sure what problem you have, or are at that stage when you really want to talk to someone who won’t judge you and will listen to you, together we can explore the areas that you struggle with.

My offer:

  • A non-judgmental and confidential environment in which can explore and understand your unique experience and feelings, see your situation in a different light, re-discover your own identity, values and sense of self-worth and, finaly, find your own ways to move forward.
  • One-to-one sessions  which  will last 50 min and  at an initial appointment you will be encouraged to explain your reasons for seeking help  and what you would like to achieve though  the therapy. If we decide to continue working together, we will sign a standard contract and arrange a time and day convenient for you.
  • Face-to-face Counselling

  • The number and frequency of sessions are entirely up to you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
