I offer talking therapy sessions for a variety of different issues. I tend not to list all the different reasons why you may need suport, as it is very individual and often not clear what the main problem is.
If you are unsure whether we can work together and deal with your issues, why don't you pick up the phone and contact me. If I don't pick the call, please leave a brief message and let me know when I can call you back. If we agree, then we will book you in for an initial consultation (usually 90 minutes and at a fee) when we will meet and discuss your situation and a possible way forward. You can call me during normal business hours, and outside of that yo are very welcome to email me (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Training, qualifications & experience
Agneta Lindberg B.A.(Hons.), M.Sc., MBACP (Accred.), is an accredited psychodynamic counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and bound by the BACP Code of Ethics and Practice.
Her work has involved working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and circumstances. She believes in creating a supportive, non-judgemental and open environment in which her client feels safe exploring issues faced with.
It may be difficult to put a lable to your problems, as it's usually a combination of issues, such as depression, anxiety, anger, stress, fear, that contribute to how you feel. In our work together we will explore these different feelings, and try to bring some clarity to the different components, how they affect you and your relationships and why you find yourself in a particular situation. By understanding more clearly what the dynamic is based on, you will be in a better position to reconsider how you can make changes to your way of communicating.
