Affordable relationship and sex therapy
We believe that therapy should be available to everyone, whatever their budget. That’s why we set up Affinity Therapy.
Relationships are an important part of our lives – with loved ones, friends and colleagues – they are vital to our wellbeing. A healthy relationship can bring us joy, fulfilment, support and emotional stability; however maintaining healthy relationships is not always easy. To remain positive and fulfilling, they need commitment, trust, honesty, respect, good communication skills, time and energy.
When a relationship breaks down we can feel sad, angry, lonely and unsure of how to put things right or move on. Relationship therapy can help you deal with issues in a way that supports your wellbeing. We help people with a wide range of concerns, including:
- Affairs and betrayals
- Communication issues
- Cross-cultural relationships
- Family issues
- Pre-nuptial issues
- Separation and divorce
Sexual problems are more common than you might think yet many people suffer in silence because they feel embarrassed, scared or ashamed to discuss their concerns.
Seeking help can stop your problems getting worse and sex therapy (also known as psychosexual therapy) is very effective in helping people develop healthier attitudes towards sex, sexuality and intimacy, and in overcoming sexual dysfunction.
People come to see us with a wide range of sexual concerns, including:
- Ejaculation problems: premature, rapid or retrograde ejaculation
- Erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence)
- Gender and sexuality identity
- Inability to become aroused or orgasm
- Loss of desire
- Pain during sex
