Sometimes life seems just too much to cope with. Whether it is anxiety, work related stress, loss, relationship difficulties; or other issues that are overwhelming you, counselling can help. I provide a safe environment in which you are accepted and can feel safe to explore the issues that are troubling you, without judgement, giving you time for yourself and a space to be yourself.
