Feeling troubled with life? I believe I can help you. My name is Adrian, I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and work with individuals and couples. I offer a safe place for you to explore whatever is causing you concern in a supportive and caring environment with confidentiallity assured. Relationships, Depression, Anger, Addictions, Low Self Esteem, Bereavement and Grief are just a few of the issues I work with. I am committed to trying to understand how it is for you and will help you to find answers and the changes you seek. I also work heavily counselling couples who are experiencing difficulties or who are on the verge of separation. My fees are sensible. I am passionate about empowering people, not money.
I am also a qualified counselling supervisor (where I supervise other counsellors practice).
I am Person-Centred and use this base as the core of my therapy. It is my belief that given the right conditions every individual has the capacity to change. I genuinely strive to offer these conditions to all of my clients and as a result my clients genuinely feel the benefit. Taking time and space to explore yourself and your concerns will empower, build confidence, and create a far greater ability to make decisions and changes. My work with you will be a "no nonsence" approach offering above all genuiness. I will not baffle you with psychotherapy terms and patter, but instead seek to create a straightforward but deep meaningful therapeutic relationship with you.
All of my qualifacations are university, nationally recognised and NOT online diplomas and such.
I am dedicated to my work and will be dedicated to helping you. I now work soley in my practice and am committed to all my clients. As a result I have an built an excellent reputation. I offer my services at affordable prices. Please see my fees at bottom of page.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a qualified counsellor to Graduate Diploma Level South Cheshire College (Manchester Metropolitan University) and a qualified counselling supervisor (where I supervise other counsellers) at post graduate certificate level (Chester University).
I have in-depth bereavement training, including sudden and traumatic death counselling. I also seek and recieve regular ongoing training and supervision to offer the best possible service to my clients.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) membership no 609678. I can be also found on their website (seeking a therapist and seeking a supervisor).
I have an upto date (November 10) unmarked enhanced criminal records bureau check. I have a wealth of experience of working with children and adults of all ages. I have worked in two primary schools and three secondary schools. Approximately twenty five percent of my clients have been children and young people. My work is split fairly equally between working with males and females.
My counselling work has been very varied working in bereavement and life changing illness at one agency aswell as physical, emotional and sexual abuse. I also work heavily with low self esteem and peoples anger.
I also work with alcoholism and variious addictions.
I have worked with the bereaved relatives from the high profile Independant Case Review, concerning deaths at Stafford Hospital.
In my private practice in Crewe individuals and couples come to see me for a whole host of reasons. I offer both short and long term counselling depending on my clients needs. I also have experience and work with clients who have learning dissabilities for example Autism.
I offer counselling at my practice, telephone counselling and home visits.

1 hour sessions at My Practice individual £25.00
Telephone £25.00
Home visits £35.00 plus (will need to know distance)
1.5 hour session (couples) £45.00
Supervision £25.00 per hour
Students, Counselling and Supervision. £20.00 per hour
