Dip Relationship Therapy
MA Relationship Therapy
I provide innovative, confidential counselling for individuals, couples and families who wish to initiate, maintain, improve or end their relationships.
I help people with:
Affairs and Betrayal
Separation and Divorce
The desire to be in a relationship with others is what motivates us, sadly at times our relationships do not provide the happy and secure, emotional environment that we would like.
I work hard to help people overcome their relationship difficulties by providing a safe environment to explore issues and facilitate individuals to find a way forward.
A process whereby relationsips are explored
where clients are encouraged to find the solution that is right for themselves
Enabling clients to facilitate positive change
Helping people to stay together or to separate
Counselling is not,
Sorting out your problems for you
Looking at a problem from the therapists perspective/life experience.
You are unique
Every counselling session is unique too.
I also provide workshops and one to one sessions to organisations and businesses for issues such as managing stress, coping with change and self-esteem/confidence problems.
