The Coastal Practice
Are you feeling stuck? Does it feel as though you find yourself in the same place again and again? Whatever you are struggling with, whatever is on your mind, we can work together to explore what is bothering you and find ways to make life more fulfilling.
I work with people who have a wide range of problems including relationship issues, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, and mental and physical abuse in childhood as well as bereavement and loss. I also have experience working with people who have a diagnosed mental illnesses such as generalised anxiety disorder.
My aim is for us to work together to gain deeper understanding, with the hope of learning new patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking. With me, you can find out about yourself, your past and what you would like your future to look like.
I offer both short and long term counselling. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
