Aasma Mohammad-Smith MBACP (Reg) Dip Counselling
Welcome, my name is Aasma. I am an experienced Psychodynamic therapist offering individual, one to one counselling in Glasgow.
Life can throw many challenges our way and at times this may feel overwhelming. I aim to provide you with a comfortable, safe and non judgemental space to explore the obstacles you are facing, a place that is unique to you. Working in confidence and together, we will look into your feelings and emotions past and present.
I offer you a space to grow. A place to develop your self-awareness and consider insights which may be useful when dealing with life's difficulties.
Psychodynamic therapy can help you disentangle deep rooted thoughts and emotions that could be holding you back in life. By making the unconscious elements of your life a part of your present experience, Psychodynamic therapy can help you understand how behaviour and frame of mind can influence unresolved issues.
I work short and long term, this can be discussed further at our first meeting.
You will receive an initial telephone consultation free of charge. We will then arrange an opening session, this will give you an opportunity to meet with me and get a sense of the way I work.
