About us

Hello, My name is Alison.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I believe everybody is unique and individual, as such a one size fits all approach does not work. I work from an integrative approach, tailored to work with your needs.
This enables you to gain the most out of counselling and achieve what you want to achieve.

I offer a relaxed atmosphere where you will be able to examine your thoughts and feelings without being judged and where I will help you to find your own way at your own pace.

I offer an initial session for free, lasting 35 minutes. this includes discussing your needs, expectations of counselling and how best we could work together.

I can offer both short and long term counselling, with regular reviews to ensure you are gaining what you want from counselling.

Each session is 50 minutes (therapeutic session) and ideally weekly but can work around other commitments.
