Relationship Difficulties

Relationships are difficult. Whether with partners, parents, siblings, children, friends or colleagues, sustaining healthy relations can be hard. And rebuilding oneself after a fractured relationship is a long and difficult process. Fear, depression, panic and loneliness are some of the feelings a person coming out of a committed relationship can experience.

Helping people understand just how they communicate with others is an important element of therapeutic support. This would concentrate on increasing people's awareness of how they respond, where these responses come from and how they can be changed.
