Profile

As a qualified BACP Senior Accredited counsellor I offer professional help and support to both individuals and couples.
I am compassionate and work sensitively with people. My approach is known as Person Centred, which means I actively listen to understand problems causing emotional difficulties. By exploring these, a new perspective, understanding and clarification may be gained to help find answers, or make decisions, in order to move forward more constructively.
I have a broad range of experience with individuals and couples gained over a period of 12 years. Working with couples and relationship issues is an area of counselling in which I specialise. I have been training counsellors in this work for the last few years. Asperger's Syndrome is another area of interest for me and a subject I have developed my knowledge and understanding of. 
I practice in Bedford and Milton Keynes from premises both of which are solely used for counselling and psychotherapy purposes. You can be assured of confidentiality in a safe, quiet and comfortable setting.
Appointments can be arranged quickly and with flexibility to accommodate your requirements.
