We are a professional and well established therapy centre set in the heart of old Colchester. The Centre has a tranquil and peaceful feel although it is easily accessible.
It was set up in 2003 by Cheryl Barnes-Tadman and Ruth King, both Senior Accredited BACP Therapists.

Our therapists are experienced in working with issues such as:- Abuse, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement & Loss, Depression, Eating Issues, Life Changes, Low Mood, Panic, Phobias, Relationship Issues, Stress and Trauma. Many of our therapists are BACP/UKCP Accredited.

Our fees range from low cost counselling at £6.00, to £40.00 per session. 48 hours notification is required if a session needs to be cancelled.
Extra Information
We offer a range of models of counselling including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
We offer therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups - including both children and adults.
The Crouch Street Centre insist all therapists have current membership to affiliated organisations such as:- BACP, BABCP, BPS and UKCP.
