Counsellor Profile

I have had experience within the Counselling/Psychotherapy field for more than 8 years and previous to this, I have been working within the care sector.

I hold a private practice based within a holistic environment, which I draw upon offering a unique package of care for the individual as a whole, connecting to the physical, intellectual/mental, emotional and spiritual parts, bringing together and creating balance. I also hold a practice within a Health Centre.

My core model of training is the Cognitive Behavioural, although I draw upon other theories to offer an Integrated and Eclectic Approach to my practice. I work with the relationship and offer to meet the needs of the unique individual.

My service will offer you a professional, confidential and unique opportunity to explore, in a safe and secure therapeutic environment.
