Life can be stressful and difficult and sometimes those around us don't listen to us or don't understand us, or the support that we need just isn't available to us.

I can offer you Counselling and Psychotherapy where I will draw upon a wealth of knowledge, qualifications, and personal experience in order to be able to help you with your difficulties.

Often it is possible that the past is influencing the difficulties you are experiencing in your present situation. If what is troubling you is not addressed then it will continue to affect you, not just in your present situation, but also with what happens to you in the future.

By looking back into your past, we will be able to start to work together on how it may be affecting your present life, and, ultimately, we will be able to work together on helping you to gain more control over your future.

I work primarily from a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy perspective which encompasses the belief that your past affects your present and will, ultimately, affect your future.

My approach also encompasses Attachment Theory, Person Centred Therapy and Psychology.

I work with lots of different individuals who are finding it hard to cope with many life problems including those which I have listed below.

I can offer you a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment where you will be able to share your difficulties with me, without judgement, in confidence, and get all the help you need.

£30.00 per 60 minute session.

Appointments Available Monday to Friday Afternoon and Evening.

Morning Appointments Available Monday to Friday On Request.
