I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist who wants to work with you to help explore and gain understanding of whatever it is that is troubling you whether that is something from the present or more distant past or perhaps even looking forward to a future event. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients can take time to reflect, consider and re-appraise their situation. There are no magic solutions in therapy and each client is different. No two people feel precisely the same way about a particular experience. But my experience and training can hopefully help you feel
less alone with your difficulty and support you through it. I offer both individual and couples counselling.

I think it is difficult to pigeon hole issues so you may not find your `issue' or `concern' listed here or it may not fit into one category but that doesn't make it any less important or valid.

Fees

£35 for individuals, £45 for couples.

Weekend appointments also available

Further Information

Whilst I understand and teach the dynamics of addiction, I choose not to work with people who are currently abusing alcohol or other drugs. Addiction is a family disease and I will happily work with non-using family members.
