Life is very complex and sometimes we find ourselves feeling low, frustrated, angry, confused, weary or even desperate and we don't know where to turn. Counselling really can help.

I am a person-centred counsellor and I understand how daunting the prospect of counselling can be but I assure you that I offer a safe and non-judgemental relationship in which you can explore and reach an understanding of your difficulties and hopefully find a way forward that meets your needs.

I am able to offer one-to -one sessions in a very calm and peaceful environment on a short or long term basis. I have experience of working in a GP practice and I also worked in a Macmillan Cancer Centre for over two years.

I now work from my private practice, Grange Counselling.
