Post-graduate qualified counsellor and Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My counselling practise is Person-Centred but I also integrate approaches drawn from other modals according to individual client needs.

In addition to my private practise, I have experience of working within a drug and alcohol counselling service, the NHS (GP's surgery) and a LGBT counselling service. Prior to training as a counsellor, I worked in industry in personnel and training management.

Fees
Appointments are charged at £40 per 60 minute session.
I offer an introductory session, free of charge, as an opportunity for us to meet and discuss what you hope to achieve from counselling and whether my approach is appropriate for you.
I also offer a limited number of reduced cost appointments at £25 per session for counselling students and the low waged.
Further Information
My practise is based in Kemp Town next to the Royal Sussex County Hospital with easy access to public transport and car parking. Daytime and evening appointments are available.
I am a member of the BACP and practise in accordance with their Ethical Framework for Good Practise in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
