Counsellor Profile

I am a UKCP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I'm female, which is not readily obvious from my name. My approach is broad-based, from an integrative perspective and draws on transpersonal training.

I work with individuals or couples and supervise other therapists, both one to one and groups.

As well as my Watford practice I offer therapy and supervision sessions in Maida Vale, W2.

Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling.
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling.
P.G.Cert. in Dream Work from a Transpersonal perspective.

I have always maintained a broad client base and thus have experience with diverse presenting issues.

In addition to my private practice in Watford and Maida Vale I work for CCPE in Little Venice as a facilitator and supervisor to students studying for their Postgraduate Diplomas in Psychotherapy & Counselling.

Although the bulk of my practice is directed towards the above, I also work with people who are reasonably happy but still feel something is missing. In these circumstances the focus would be towards finding meaning. Perhaps the client wants to develop their creativity or spiritual life, or feels that they could put their intuition to better use.

Fees

In Watford my fees for 50min sessions are
£45 daytime and £50 from 5:30pm.

In London my corresponding charges are
£55 and £60.

There is an increase on this for couples counselling, the sessions are 70mins.

I offer a free 30min daytime session in Watford to allow us to get acquainted. If you prefer this option then please phone 01923 800000 on weekdays from 9-5 and the receptionist will book an appointment.

Extra Information

My principle practice is in the centre of Watford, there is easily accessed free parking nearby. The office is 10 minutes walk from Watford Junction, Watford High Street and Watford Underground (Met. line) stations and there are plentiful bus connections.

I also offer sessions at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) which is in Little Venice, Maida Vale, London W2.
