I have 30 years experience of counselling in a variety of settings. My practice includes work with individuals, couples and groups. I offer skilled confidential counselling in a safe and comfortable environment. My approach is Integrative, working with client's agenda and using approaches which are best suited to individual clients and their situation.

I am a retired Founder Director and Partner of The Road Centre Ltd.  In fifteen years of service I practiced as Counsellor, Supervisor, Trainer and Life Coach to individuals and organizations.

I offer a half hour free introductory session if required. This can be helpful in assessing whether counselling is appropriate and, just as importantly, whether I am the right person for you to work with!.

Further Information

I have several years experience of working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms. I have found enormous success using a structured process which enables clients to deal with lasting effects of trauma in a safe and confidential way. Typical referrals include:

Those involved in Road Traffic Accidents, whether drivers, passengers or emergency services

Victims of sexual or physical assault

Accidents at work

Serious incidents in the workplace

Witness to serious incident
