I believe that counselling can help a person to fulfil their potential, improve their personal relationships and find their own answers to things that may be troubling them. I am an experienced person centred counsellor, based in the village of Plumpton Green. I aim to offer a safe, accepting and supportive environment. I can offer creative approaches to counselling, having trained in person centred art therapy. My particular areas of experience include bereavement, loss and transition, life changing events, personal development and work with children. I facilitate groups. I haved trained in mindfulness. I am available Thursdays in the daytime and offer some evening and Saturday appointments.

Training in grief support for children, young people and their families.
I am employed as a counsellor at a hospice. My work includes providing counselling to patients and their families as well as some bereavement counselling.
I am an individual member of BACP (MBACP) and the person centred art therapy association. I adhere to the BACP code of ethics and conduct.
