Extra InformationI have been working in various psychotherapeutic roles since 1989. I believe in an holistic approach, self-responsibility and people's ability to find their way forward, allbeit with a little help sometimes.
It is my belief that for most of the time, most people manage their lifes well enough and without the need for outside help. But things can happen to us, life happens to us, and in some circumstances we can lose our ability to support ourselves and we get stuck. By offering both Gestalt and EMDR therapies I believe I can help people find the tools to move out of the stuckness. Beyond that, if desired, I can help people look in much greater depth at themselves and their way of being.
In supervision I continue my philosophy of empowerment by supporting the supervisee to find their best way to be with their clients as well as helping the supervisee to look at their own process and how that impacts their therapeutic relationships.
I offer appointments in various locations with wheelchair & disabled access.
