I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who works using an integrative approach. Specialising in both adults and young people.

I'm a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (B.A.C.P). Before I qualified as a counsellor I worked at the County Hospital as a General Nurse for 10 years.

In today's modern society people can face many difficulties. I believe counselling should be accessible for everyone.

I have an office that is based in Hereford town centre.
