I am an independent counsellor and psychotherapist with practices in ::Uttoxeter, Staffs :: Mickleover, Derby:: Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent:: Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs.

The approaches I use include Gestalt Therapy, Person Centred, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Psychodynamic Therapies.

I offer a non-judgemental, confidential counselling service, and I follow the BACP code of Ethics. My background is in community health and social care. I write as an 'agony aunt' for local newspapers and magazines in Staffordshire. I also write articals for other magazines and newspapers in Staffordshire and North Derbyshire. I regularly appear on BBC Radio Stoke and BBC Radio Derby and I have done so for several years.
