Counsellor Profile

I offer individual counselling for a limited or open-ended period. My approach is psychodynamic which involves the exploration of thoughts and feelings leading to greater self-understanding and the opportunity to live more creatively. In 15 years as a counsellor I have practiced in a range of general and specialised agencies including those for young people, survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and also in educational establishments
