Counsellor Profile

I live in North Hampshire, married with two adult children.
For the past four years I have attended Farm Place Treatment Centre for addiction; helping patients to understand themselves and to share with them hope and my experience, enabling them to be better prepared to cope with life once their treatment finishes.

By addressing these problems and helping you become more aware about yourself, you will then be able to make changes in your life and bring your addiction under control.
I will help you to apply holistic counselling methods including:-
Personal development, Meditation, Anger & Stress Management, Relapse prevention.
I can also offer you Internet and telephone counselling after an initial meeting

I am trained in Alcohol and Drug addiction and also Stress Management.

S.N.H.S. Dip. (alcohol & drugs)
accredited by The British College of Holistic medicine.

I am currently studying PSYCHOTHERAPY & COUNSELLING.

£35 per session of around one hour. I do not charge any extra for travelling expenses.
