Counsellor Profile
Is it hard to understand exactly what's 'in the way' of your happiness; are you in the middle of a crisis, stuck in a 'rut' and can't see your way out? Counselling is a place where you and your thoughts, feelings, actions will be listened to seriously and not judged, a place to explore your options and the difficulties that stand in the way of change.
My goal is to offer a professional, confidential space where together we find a way forward.
