Counsellor Profile

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, registered with UKCP, working in the NHS and in private practice in Central and South West London.

As an integrative psychotherapist I work psychodynamically (linking current conflicts with the past). The help that I offer ranges from short-term psychotherapy, focused on a specific problem such as a major life change or bereavement, to open-ended therapy which is a deeper personal exploration. My aim is to work with people to understand their anxieties so that they can come to know and accept themselves, and to find their own meanings and ways through their questions and difficulties.

I have a particular interest in people who are struggling with the inner conflict of everyday life concerns and anxieties while trying to maintain stable working and family life.

I work with individuals, couples and provide clinical supervision to trainees and practitioners setting up in practice.

Registered Member of UKCP and Member of BACP.
MA/PgD in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Validated by City University.
Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy.
Certificate in Eating Disorders
CBT Training
